Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refund shall be processed once the order has been placed and executed. However, if the user cancels before execution, they must contact customer care within 1 hour of payment. The refund decision is at the discretion of the organization.
  • Any technical delay or glitch in the Website/application during request processing shall not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund shall be processed due to incorrect information provided by the user. Users must double-check their data before submitting.
  • A refund on a pro-rata basis may be considered for delays in subscription service activation.
  • Display pictures for products/services are for reference only. No refunds shall be issued based on visual differences.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting transaction charges, shipping costs, customs duty, or other applicable charges.
  • If the application or payment gateway experiences server-related issues, users must check their bank transactions before making another payment.
  • If an order is canceled by the platform due to non-availability, errors, or pricing issues, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a refund request meets the policy criteria, it shall be processed within 5-7 business days.
